Booking and payment
Set up an account and save your cars. We keep your license plate on file, so we know exactly which car is yours in the lot. Keep a card on file and prepay when you book. From drop-off to pickup, you get updates by text and email.

What happens to my keys?+
You hand your keys to us at the shop when you arrive. They stay with our crew, and only our crew. When your car is finished, we hold your keys until you come back to pick it up.
How long does it take?+
It depends on the service. An exterior wash is quick. A full detail takes longer. Most cars are ready by the time you are done at the club, and we send you a text when yours is finished.
Do I need an appointment?+
Not for now. Drop your keys on your way in and tell us which service you want. If the shop is busy, we will give you an honest wait time up front.
What if the weather turns?+
If the weather turns, we move your car undercover and finish it right. We will never rush a wash in bad conditions. If we cannot finish safely that day, we will let you know.
Why do SUVs cost more?+
SUVs, trucks, and three-row vehicles are bigger, with more glass, more seats, and more surface to clean. The higher price covers the extra time and care they take. Three-row vehicles count as SUVs. Same price, no third tier.
How do accounts and payment work?+
Online accounts with saved cars and prepay are coming soon. You will be able to keep your cars and a card on file and pay when you book. For now, book below and we will take care of the rest.
